Take a 30-minute tour of the award-winning William H. Hannon Library and get a glimpse of their extensive collections, study spaces with beautiful views, computer labs, and library resources. Tours depart every 15 minutes. 

Campus Walking Tours

Take a student-led walking tour of the LMU campus. Parents are invited and encouraged to join you on this campus tour.

Board an open-air bus with your Orientation Group and venture off-campus to nearby Manhattan Beach, a coastal community with a picturesque pier, upscale shops, eateries, and pristine sand. Students will travel in assigned groups with their Orientation Leader. Reserve your departure time on Future Lions.

Playa Vista Hikes

9:45 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Hike down the bluff to browse the Playa Vista Farmer’s Market, a favorite stop for locals on Saturdays, where you can stock up on fresh produce, support local artisans, or sample culinary creations from a variety of vendors. Students will travel in assigned groups with their Orientation Leader. Reserve your hike departure on Future Lions.
